Tour / Activity Details
7 Days Minimum Advance Booking Required. Minimum age is 16 to ride in a double and 18 to drive either a single or double. This tour includes Oranjestad hotel pick-up and drop-off. Rates are per-vehicle in US dollars. Please order online or call us at 212-852-4822 to order or for more information.
There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.
Tour / Activity Policies
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
Tour / Activity Description
Important:
- All riders must be licensed drivers.
- Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times.
- Liability waivers required for all ATV riders. If rider is under 18, he or she must have a parent or legal guardian sign for them.
- A $300 refundable damage or accident fee must be paid prior to tour.
Visit the Ayo Rock Formations, often described as the cartoon town of "Bedrock" seen in the animated TV show "The Flintstones." The stone formations at Ayo were once the dwelling place of an ancient race of people that left petrography markings on the stone boulders. You will also visit the natural pool or "conchi" called "Cura di Tortuga" - a secret, hidden pool on the windward coast surrounded by rocks and a perfect getaway for a moment of total relaxation.
As you ride along in the open air, you will also visit the Alto Vista Chapel. The chapel was built in 1952 on the site of the original and first Catholic church built in Aruba in 1750 by a Spanish missionary, Domingo Antonio Silvestre. The bright yellow chapel is reached by a winding road lined with white crosses marking the stations of the cross. It is a special place for peace and contemplation, surrounded by the Arubian countryside.
